Who called from 4242798561

Texted me with a request to place an order and left an email address to immediately get back to. Then texted a second time within 15 minutes.

Same thing here.

Just received a text message today, 4 May 13, at 9:27 PM. to order Mary Kay products for a friend's party.

Says they rental property.

They're linked to another number that appears to be posted on multiple listings all over california, all 7 properties are asking for the same rent and deposit.
