REAL process servers do NOT WARN you. You already know these callers are liars. Reusing to give information upon your request is a violation of the FDCPA too.
Got a call from this number saying they were going to serve me with legal papers for a court date? Didn't know process servers gave you a heads up before they serve you? Bottom feeder debt collectors.
Called again. 1st time called my wife's brother and said they were scheduled to deliver papers for my wife to his address. It's her parents house and she hasn't lived there in 22 years. Said they lost the papers but to call to get things rescheduled. Called my wife again the next day and left a message saying she has been named as a defendent in a lawsuit and if she did not call the number provided and give case number that there would be further legal consequences against her social security number without her knowledge? That doesn't even make sense. Call from a restricted number but leave number to call back with a case number. Said the represent NDS. They are getting crafty. Still waiting for them to serve my wife:). SCAM!!! Process servers don't call and give heads up and they definitely can't change proceedings or reschedule a law suit/courtdate.
Wow these scammers are either getting smarter or stupider i am not sure yet...First time they called they stated that a process server could not deliver my papers..hmmm i was home that day...Then they called 2 days later said cause i did not respond that there will be further court procedings...Really for what? They cant tell me who was trying to sue me but gave a case number that is bogus..Dont fall for this do your homework..Number comes up as restricted but leaves message with phone number.
