Purporting to be Apple Tech Support warning about iCloud having been accessed from a foreign country. Asked how many i-devices we have. Replied none. "Tech Support" immediately hung up.
I received a call from Steve at this number. He said he was with "Apple Support" and asked if I had traveled out of the country recently. Steve claimed my account had been hacked 23 times from Russia. Next he asked how many devices I had. He said he could check my computer to see where it was "hacked" from in Russia. At this point I told him I had an appointment and I asked to call back later. This is the call back number: (800)275-2273.
Oh me They told me the same thing He ask me if I had been out of the country and actually I had in the last 7 days. he said your account has been log on 23 time from Russia. I said I did not goto Russia I went to Mexico. He said you Just said you been out of the country. Again I said to Mexico. He then said have you given your ID to someone in Russia? I said no and I am not going to give it to you either. He said well go to your nearest apple store and hung up.
