I do not know anyone nor do business with anyone in San Pedro CA. This probably is another spammer

Did not pick up.  Left no message.

Second call came in today.  No message.  He's out.

This might be a commercial real estate broker whom I have previously spoken with.  Today he left a message.  I thought I had that number blocked.

I don't think he would do mass phoning or robo calling.  In my case, it was a legitimate call.
