They claim to be Marshall's for the IRS AND FINAL NOTICE...

Automate voice message: "Hello.  This call is officially a final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Service.  The reason for this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing lawsuit against you.  To get more information on this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 424-312-2953, I repeat...  Thank you."

Searching this number in Google, there are other such cases with the same area code and exchange (424-312-xxxx).  My understanding is that if the IRS actually wanted to contact someone, they would do it by mail.

Received call supposedly from IRS.....sorry...they are out of luck. Left this number to call back so they could take my money.
