I did not answer the call, checked and there were no reports for this number so I called back. I have gotten this message before. All it says is "if you are not interested in receiving our special promotions or want to be put on our do not call list, push 1 now." It repeats it over and over without any other options available. I googled the number and got nothing either.
I do not know if it is a telemarketer or a debt collector, just strange.
This is only my personal generic information about unwanted calls. I am only trying to help out here (to those naysayers who complain about my long winded rant).

DON’T HAVE YOUR NUMBER REMOVED! (When you press the number to have your number removed, you confirm that your number is a working number and your known active number is sold to another scammer).
ROBO CALLS: There are 800 area codes with 9,999,999 numbers. Since Robots call every number in succession, they don't need to buy lists from anyone. The FTC receives 250,000 to 300,000 complaints per month, with robocalls responsible for around 60% of those complaints.
TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HOME PHONE: block, use call forward selective, or save calls to a phone address book as spam with a description (spam medical, spam alert, spam microsoft), and continue using this great site for information. MY HOME PHONE (Panasonic Link2Cell Bluetooth® KX-TGH263B LCD/2 Handsets) BLOCKS 250 NUMBERS AND THE ADDRESS BOOK HOLDS 3,000 numbers and the phone talks to you and says spam from across the room (like if you are up on a ladder or disabled).
TELEMARKETING: (and I quote) "The Center for Investigative Reporting joined two news organizations in an investigation of groups that use telemarketers to raise money and found that most of the money is paid to telemarketers, leaving the charities with little, if anything. (3% in some cases)
Not only that but reputable charitable organizations don't solicit donations by phone.

NOTHING IS GOING TO STOP THESE LAZY COLLECTION AGENCIES who call everyone with the same name instead of looking up the right one (all Joe smiths instead of Joe Smith Jr. or Joe H. Smith instead of Joe P. Smith)
Some collection agencies are trying to collect on 10 - 20 year old debts.

I got a call from a women stating that they reviewed by car warranty and noticed that it was expired. She was going to start her little script about how I could be eligible to extend my warranty. I just have to mention that lately we been getting a lot of calls about our vehicle warranties and some agent trying to sell us a warranty we don't want. So, I stop her nicely and said to her that we already told one of her agents that we are not interested and I don't understand why they keep calling. She then said "let's keep it professional" and hung up. I was so mad because I worked as a telephone representative for a cell phone company and I hated when people became rude and nasty with me. I tried to call back but a computerized message just asked me if I wanted to delete my phone from the do not call list.
