424-322-7419 called me at 5:44 p.m. pacific time and I just let it ring since it showed up on caller id as out of area. They didn't leave a message. It is now blocked from my phone.

Dropped call. Coincides with repeated dropped calls from and "Out of area" number that doesn't show up on caller ID. DNCR complaint filed.
