Fairly sure that this number is another Portfolio Recovery Associates spoof number but it matches exactly the 424-351-082480598

I called the number back,  it is unable to connect.  The full number is 424-351-0824 805989.  Probably an overseas online pharmacy. These guys call with all sorts of different numbers, usually with an Indian accent, and they never leave a voicemail if you do not answer.
