1-424-356-2028 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller has 'spoofed' caller ID. IRS does NOT contact ANYONE by phone per past due taxes nor does the IRS threaten legal action via phone let alone demand payment with any type of cash card like the kind you find at cash registers (POS) at supermarkets. This is so stupid, these pathetic parasites need to be sprayed with ant and roach killer so they go away for good.
