IRS scam! They're at it again. Called and said it was my final warning, if I didn't take action then 'my case' would be presented before a judge and 'magistrate'. Told me to call the number back. TOTAL SCAM!

They have called me three times today. Each time answered it is a pre-recorded message. I didn't answer once, and they left me the same voicemail. Ugh.
They left message saying that they are US Treasury. Last attempt if I don't call back I will be sued and my case will be taken to grand jury as a criminal~~~blah blah.... so I called back but no reply or the line is busy....
IT IS IRS SCRAM~~~
(424) 377-4152 left a PRE-RECORDED voicemail and said the exact same thing: "This will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a mass district, a judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. This is the final attempt to reach you. To resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a federal agent call back number 4243774152. Such a SCAM!!!
