Instead of calling the number 844 822 2855, I called the above number back from my unlisted home phone number ( which is the number they called) the recording said welcome to premium technical support we are transferring to a representative, the rep answers and asks me how she can help me, i said i received a call from that number and would like to know the reason of their call , she hanged up .
Received 2 phone calls from this number today. First one was at 6:45 this morning! An automated voice left voicemail saying that there was some security problem with my iCloud. Asked me to call back 844–308–6820. This is obviously a scam! Makes you want to reach through the phone and strangle someone!
Same thing happened to us this morning. The rep told us there was a problem with our iCloud and asked for our email address, which, unfortunately, we gave before getting suspicious and said we wanted to check into it, at which point they hung up. Dang.
Scam call- automated call said there was an ICloud account problem. When will these folks get a real job and not scam people who may accept them as being legit. Did not call the number they gave: 424-384-4005.
They waste our valuable time and privacy.

Received a call from 424-384-4005 this morning describing themselves as "On line support". My Icloud had been compromised and I should not use my apple before I call 844-308-6820. I went online here and see it has been reported.. i called back the original number that called me 424 number and asked them who they were, apple support for icloud. I said,"Apple doesnt call people on the phone unsolisited, have you heard of the FTC?" Well I,m calling in a complaint, you'll at LEAST have to change numbers and you leave a trail. Lousy B*****D
