picked up to hear someone rapidly pressing a key on the phone, like they were trying to get past a voicemail they assumed would answer instead of a live person... me. I waited till they were done and said hello. Laughing this guy asked to speak to the person in charge of toner. I told him he was in luck, it was me. And we lease all of our copiers and printers and thru that lease we were supplied all of our toners etc, so no, thank you, remove our name, goodbye
Guy called said his name was Alan and he worked for Digital. He requested to talk to the person in charge of toner and ink. Then he hung up on me when I asked some questions. I called him back and he hung up on me again. Then I called back and got a answering machine.
