Called my number at 10:22 AM on 08/18/2016.  I picked up on the second ring - no one on the line.

Unknown number, no message, caller now blocked. I do not answer unknown callers. Called on cell. It has reached a point that I leave my phone on Do not Disturb most of the day.

This guy knew my name and said he was contractor. I've tried to get them to stop calling me. I block them but they use new numbers every time. it's getting old...

did not recognize number. left no message. read this webpage and have blocked this number.
