do not answer its a scam and theyre just flat rude! talking about car warrenty but didn't know the type of car I drive

Called my DNC registered mobile number, left no message. Returned call with CID blocked, received fake recording of "Your call did not go through. Please try your call again.". The 2nd time received a recording "Press 9 to be placed on the do not call list". No other message or ID of who they are.  The same recording used on 719-270-2380. 3rd call received "fast busy". They are serving up various fake recordings if the CID is blocked. SCAMMER

No caller ID.  No message.

I got the same call and 2 hours later I had a charge from a company called Perfect World Arc for $100
