Who called from 4246036232

Called me twice today.  When I pick up nobody is there.  When you call back, you get a message saying you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service.....

they called today. Said it was Dish Network trying to give an upgrade. Of course they had no info regarding my account.

same thing - called today and there's also been a NJ number calling me as well with no answer.  Calling back says this line is not in service.

424 is the new west LA prefix overlay for non-mobile numbers; has called twice today; we didn't answer. No message left.

i answered and said please take me off your number list and they said why and i said i don't like soliciters and they said [***] off and hung up
