block the number, andif they continue to call it's a misdimeaner, 2nd time a felony, you must press charges.

Called my AT&T cell this morning. I don't know how many rings b/c I silenced it. No message left. I am on DNC list and will file complaint there. These jerks must be stopped! I encourage everyone to get on DNC list and file complaints when you get these calls. It's quick and easy. Thanks to 800notes for this invaluable forum, and thanks to everyone who posts.
