Called at 9am while I was just waking up so i didn't answer. They left no message. Then they called back around 11am while I was busy, and again left no message. Thats a strong sign of a telemarketer
THis is definitely a debt collector, it is PB Recovery Services out of Paramount California. Half the time they dont even say anything when you answer and it just disconnects. Real shotty operation using subpar autodial and computer systems. The owner started the business with the money he stole from orphan children of the psunami.
