I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM A ANDY GIBSON STATING THAT HE WAS CALLING FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY AND THEN HE STATED HE WAS CALLING ON BEHALF OF AN ATTORNEY OFFICE. HE STATES THAT HE WANTED ONLY MY ATTORNEY TO CALL HIM BACK ABOUT THIS MATTER AND IF HE DID NOT HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY OR I. THAT THE GOING TO PRESS CHARGES AND GOOD LUCK. BUT FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW THIS INDIAN GUY IS A FRAUD. THE MAN HAS ALSO GOES BY THE NAME SHANE WATSON. HE IS THE SAME GUY BUT A DIFFERENT NAME. BECAREFUL. IF YOU READ BELOW OF COMPLAINTS ON ONE WHERE THEY GIVE YOU LIST OF THE COMPANIES YES THE NAME OF COMPANY ON THE FIRST LINE IS THE ONE HE USED LAST YEAR. I PRAY TO GOD THAT SOMEONE PUT AN END TO THIS GUY BECAUSE HE CALLS YOUR JOB AND YOUR HOME OR CELL PHONE HARRASSING YOU.
I got the same phone call the other day and I just ignore them. They cannot do anything. This has been going on for almost three years with me. You need something in writing. I tell them to send me something and I never receive anything. Just ignore the phone calls, and just check your account. They cannot do anything. These scammers will do anything to get money. report them. they tell you that they are a goverment agency. they are fraud. i am trying to catch them so we can bust them in action. one is jennifer who is not from the us. the name does not match the voice. they are as phony as their name
they are fraud. they have your number. either change it, or ignore them. they will go away like all bad things do. they are people that do not have the right to work here. so they call, to bother you in hope you would give them your credit card oe checking acct. they want you to panic when they say legal things. they all say the same thing. it is rehearsed. if you applied for a pay day loan, or went on line for whatever reason they did get your numbers. we are suppose to be protected against people like this. what a great country we live in that allow people like this to earn a living????
