Who called from 4247723637

Called at 4:14 PM local (our) time.  Answered and heard no reply after several "hello"s from me.  I hung up.

Called at 9:14 AM local (our) time.  Called back, it was invalid phone number.

This phone just called and hung up with no voice after picking up and answering.

I keep getting calls from this number and several others are onus the USA and no one ever is on the line. If I call it back it is an invalid number.

I Got a call at 2:00 A.M. NO RESPONSE when I answered.
called the number back this morning and got a NON-WORKING RECORDING

I'm on a NO CALL LIST for all my phones.  

Got a call earlier (12:30 A.M.) from 510-924-0177  also a recording saying not a good number.
