Threating to take me to jail. They know the last 5 digits of my ss number and tell me that I have 3 lawsuits against me. It scars a person. They are all men that talk ffast and have acents. Like chinese or something.
Yes they also, called me threaten me saying they will take me to jail and arrest me at my work place if I don't give them a call within 24 hours they are coming to my job. It's against the law for them to come to your work place or your home and arrest you even if you owned money no-one does that it's a scram don't believe it!!!
Anyhow I came to find out that these callers aren't told it's a scam and they are indeed in India (big surprise)! They only make 8000 rupees a month ($181.49 USD) and soon realize what they're doing is a scam. I almost felt sorry for this 19 year old young man - I told him I was in school; he didn't understand and said he had to work. What a waste...I actually said a prayer for him. There are 125 other people in his call center. He wanted to know about American Life and be my friend. He was very honest and sincere, God Bless Him.

same thing here...i have no idea who these people are but they call..sounding jamaican..leaving messages that they are from a local sheriffs office and they will be picking me up and serving me for a bill i have idea about..call a Mr Robinson.. a senior attorney....
