Said I was being sued for $7000 from a hospital I was supposedly in In the 1990s. Thing is I've never had a hospital visit...then they said it was for a child under 18. My daughter is 35...said the hospital was framklin regional hospital. Has to be a scam. But the did have my social. That bothers me.

Yes, recieved call saying they were calling to notify me that i was being served a summins to appear in court that i was being sued! When asked what it was in regards to they gave this number and a case # to refer to when i called them. Later, i did call that # and was told that i was being sued for a hosital bill used an old address etc. They had some info that was correct, tons that was wrong. Didn't buy into it as i knew i had paid this bill. Total scam!!!
Yes, basically the same routine with me but he had the incorrect address and when i asked where he got it from, he said it was pulled from my credit report. Yes, scary he did have my ss#
