Who called from 4249038010

Calls every other day.   Called back and it says number is not in service.

Have had calls with no message twice in the last week from this one. Would love to know if anyone knows who this is. Caller ID says "California".  Yes, like the state is calling me.

This number calls me sometime twice a day without leaving messages.

I just got a call from this number for the first time. As mentioned above, no message was left. I called it back and get the "disconnected" message. Someone is caller ID spoofing (Google it).

It is an Autodialer... if you answer and say hello, it will connect you after a pause to a live telemarketer.
