This number has called my cell and home over the course of a week. No one speaks. Calling back the number offers to have my number removed, but I need to confirm the number that called me, as well as the number I want to have removed. No mention of a company name is provided.
Caller ID said Srvc Call. Didn't answer, no message. Had a call about a month ago from 424-293-1097. Internet check said this was security system scam. Prolly these 2 are related.
I received three (3) consecutive calls in a few hours. They only rang once then hung up! I am signed up for Robocall, and suggest others annoyed by these, do the same! It stops a good number of them from calling more than once. If they are supposedly "legitimate" callers they will:
A. Have a name identity on Caller I.D. on your phone.
B. When you call them back they will tell you you can "opt out."
They still can be reported if you are on a "do not call" list.
I have also had two calls from this number this morning....a few hours apart. It's not a number I recognize and there's no ID other than "Los Angeles Area" and I do not answer calls I do not recognize. No message has been left and I think if it's a legit call, then a message would have been left.....will block this number!
