I do not recognize the phone number and know no one in LA.  I have blocked this phone number.

Just got one; first time. ID said Breast Cancer. Blocked it with my Call Blocker.

This is a call soliciting donations for some Breast Cancer "charity". Never heard of them. Told her "no thanks" and hung up.
