I got another call from this number and was beginning to think maybe I should answer it (it's local for me) because there were no other reports but mine on 12/2. But thanks to Darcy for reporting, I can now block it as well.

Called my cellphone - business phone. No one answered but I could hear the chatter in the background of a telemarketer work room. Only reason I answered is because it was local. I marked it as spam, and will not answer again.
