This party calls me at least once a day every day and leaves a message about my shopping preference. I'm on a no call list but that doesn't seem to make any difference with this party

Well, had you taken the time to read the following you would have known that since surveys do not sell anything, they do not have to scrub their call lists against the DNC registry:

I don't believe for a second that this is a "survey." This is the EXACT same recording as the one from the beginning of May from Caller ID: PEORIA IL, 309-340-4327.
