Its 1/25/2016. I received 2 calls today. Both for a Rhonda Smith. It referenced a #221601. I spoke to a man named Ken McDowell in the AM who said he worked for Global Service Group and they were attempting to collect a debt for a Rhonda Smith. Ken McDowell was completely professional, and said he would take our number off the call list. I got a second call around 3pm. A woman this time when I told her the situation (Rhonda Smith has never lived here) and that Ken said he was going to take our name off the list but it appears it didn't happen. I asked her her name, she wouldn't tell me, I asked her for her supervisor, she hung up on me instead. I called the number right back. Spoke to a man saying he was the senior supervisor (Cody Adams) and explained everything. He is making sure our number is taken off the list, and is going to reprimand the women who was so unprofessional.

This company, a debt collector, has been calling my number multiple times a day, leaving messages on my voice mail leaving a reference number and phone number.  I happened to be home this morning and answered the call.  They asked for someone that I have never heard of, nor know (Gary Elms)   I asked them to please remove my number and stop calling!  If they call me again from their automated dialing system, I will report them to the Attorney Generals office.

Called me today about a debt for an unpaid traffic ticket in Mississippi - though I have never been to that state - the rude man asked for a credit card. I asked who I was speaking with, and what company he represented, but he just talked over me, threatening to send the ticket to court for a warrant. I can't believe people fall for this garbage. I hung up.
