If you receive a call from them do not speak with them and do not listen to their threats. They will try to intimidate you by stating you will be charged criminally and can serve at jail time. They will not send any information or give you any information of the creditor-only stating they do not work for you-they work for the creditor and tell you if you want information go back to the bank where you wrote the check for a pay day loan.
They also will continously hang up on you all of a sudden, then when you call back they will know exactly who you are...Weird huh...
And they will know information about you. Your bank...if you are on unemployment or employed, so on...
Do not let this intimidate you either.

If they want to collect a debt from a processing company...it is a lie!

See if they mention the company in which you got the payday loan, then call the payday loan company stating your intentions to pay you debt, the payday loan company will give you the collection agency information and the amount you owe. I guarantee you that the company name will not be the same that called you...
We have to stop these guys...
