Yup, no message - oddly, they share the same block of numbers - 425-209-16XX as several other numbers purporting to be charities. The BC Outreach thing had me looking up stuff because I am a rare case of (what was thought to be) male breast cancer, so I *ahem* "volunteered" to be on a database. I didn't volunteer a phone number, but 5 minutes on Google would find that. Data miners will use any spoofed name or number to get ya to answer - hopefully the next gen of call blockers will include wildcards, blocking the text portion and a USB connection so we can share existing lists...
