I received a call from (425) 209-1678. I did not answer, but they left a message. They said they had received a complaint in their office with my name on it. If I wanted to find out more about the complaint to call them back and they left a reference number. I never called them back. They have continued to call and leave the same message for the past two weeks. Same pre-recorded message. I am sure its a scam from an old debt someone undoubtedly looked up from public records. I have much better things to do.
Message stating there is a complaint files against my wife using her maiden name from 18 years ago. I should call to find out what the complaint is. HA HA....This is just like the "John Spencer Arbitration" Scam...There is no complaint filed against you. They are trying to collect on debts that are no longer listed on your credit report. Don't answer them or any of their questions.
Do not give them the satisfaction of a conversation. Use their phone number for any online scams so they get flooded with calls
They give a return number of 1-888-251-7928..but nobody answers...
Same experience as Jim noted above - they call, comment about a complaint and leave a "file" number to reference. I called the 888# back that they leave and get the "call invalid" message. This appears to be a scam that I will not stress over until I receive something in the mail.
