i got the same snap and so i downloaded a texting app to see what they wanted and i went with it and they asked to come on their cam to watch them masturbate and they sent me a pic of this gothic girl so i think its safe to say this is a scam of some sort
Same experience. Recieved a snapchat from x4252098437x that contained a picture of a girl making a duck face and a caption that read "text me". It's definitely a scam of some sort if it's this incrediy prevalent. Might incur unwanted text charges? I dunno. I don't really understand how texting a number could result in parasitic gain by the receiver. Oh well. Just don't fall for it.
