I also received an identical call. The caller ID claimed "NEW LEAF" as the business. The man clearly stated the name of the person he was trying to reach, case # & # to call him back but, mumbled his name, business & reason for the call, so bad that I couldn't understand either one, even after listening to the message over & over. Very unprofessional & quite obvious that he was attempting to hide who he was in hopes that my curiosity would make the call.
The call wasn't for me personally & my # is unlisted. It was, however, for a family member or at least someone with the same name. My brother has never given my # as a place to reach him so...????
Has anyone returned their calls to see what it's about?
This Call is from New Leaf Solutions LLC. We do not hide who we are and if we called your unlisted number looking for your brother then there would be no other way for us to have gotten it but from him listing it as a reference. Please call back so we can get the matter cleared up. We have no desire to waste your time or ours on repeated phone calls.
So obviously you know the person we a re trying to reach since you know it is a male. Apparently you do not know however that the name on that file can be both a male or female name.
If you would call back the matter could be easily resolved so you don't get any more calls from us in the future
