There is nothing vindictive about giving people a chance to make good on their obligations. New Leaf Solutions gives everyone the opportunity to setup a payment plan that is within their individual means. As a credit reporting agency we can report those payments as an account that is being paid as agreed and potentially improve their credit situation. All settlement offers and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing and when an account is paid in full a letter signed by one of the owners is sent confirming that the obligation has been satisfied. We avoid litigation whenever possible but when a person who has the ability to pay refuses we can and will take action to obtain a judgment and garnish wages as allowed by state law.
1505 Roy Rd is a small office building that was previously home to New Leaf Solutions LLP. The trees in the Google image block the entire building from view. In November 2011 The company reorganized and moved to its current Everett location as New Leaf solutions LLC. The change from LLP to LLC required a new business license from the state and a new UBI number.

This is very interesting. It seems that this company pops up Just as IAM stops calling my number. Since they have NOT called me yet, I must assume they are different. However, If I should receive a call from them for the same person IAM was calling about, I will assume something different. I now have a lot of contacts in many agencies that would go straight to their door if they started calling me every day after I tell them they have the wrong number. So for now I am in a wait and see mode if they call here.
IAM is one of the many names used by known scam artist Randall Goins. He has a history of calling on accounts he has no legal right to. He has no business licence and is being pursued by several government agencies. The owners of New Leaf Solutions LLC are working with these agencies to stop him.
