Caller ID shows up as Atlanta GA, but last time it was Bellevue, WA. It was an illegal robocall from Capital Direct Funding Program offering Small Business Loans to Auto Repair shops. They are located at 3579 E Foothill Boulevard, Suite 640, Pasadena, CA 91107 and at 12 Greenway Plaza 11th Floor, Houston, TX 77046. Caller ID simply shows up as Atlanta GA. They are also known as Capital Direct Funding -aka- Capital Direct Funding Inc -aka- Capital Direct Funding Program -aka- Capital DF -aka- Capital Management -aka- Direct Funding.
