9-18-2015 This incident happened in Port Angeles, WA. Roy left me a note on my truck stating he had dinged my truck and for me to call him. He did not answer my call, so I left him a message to call me back. He called me three days later, telling me he had lifted my truck up in the air using a forklift and it fell over on it's side. He and his "partner" uprighted the truck using the forklift and ropes to pull it over. I asked why he would do such a thing, and he said he acted on a $20.00 bet from his partner that he couldn't lift my truck in the air at least two feet before it fell over. He lost the bet, and he felt that I owed him the $20.00 that he lost. I asked him for insurance information and he told me he had State Farm Insurance, policy #3. Called the local State Farm Ins. company, and of course, they have no record of Roy Zherbele but they did find this website for me, noting that there are several other incidents with this Roy person. I have notified the police. If you get a notice on your vehicle with this phone # on it, contact the police - do not call him.
His name was Roy and he damaged my car when he started kicking it repeatedly because he was mad with his wife. He then made up with his wife on top of my Audi and left me a note with his number and name, I know this because I left him a voicemail and he called back and told me. He called me back a second time asking from money to buy his bath salts for him to snort, told me his wife had been picked up for prostitution and called my father a [***]. My car is an Audi, do you know how expensive that is? its more expensive than a BMW and a mercedes put together. Well when I say he wanted me to buy his bath salt, he actually wanted me to pay for the repair work on my car HE! CAUSED! claiming he use to work at a garage but the Mexicans took his job. Avoid this man he snorts bath salts to get high, damages vehicles and has a prostitute wife
This guy Roy left a note on my car also claiming that he hit my car and i called him and left a message,he called back saying he poured a bucket of TICKS on the grill of my car because he wanted them to be warm,.This guy is a creepy person who needs to be interviewed by the police dept. this incident occurred in Crestwood Mo. Im a bit nervous not knowing how this guy looks and my car is too expensive for someone to tamper with. I did file a police report,but the cop said there wasn't enough to follow up on.
Also had the same incident. Said he stood up on the hood of my car to get better cell phone reception. I called him asking what decent human being does something like this and he said, well, I didn't have cell service and needed to get better reception. He said, and it worked with a chuckle. I then proceeded to ask how he was going to pay for this and he said he did not have any sort of insurance. This incident happened on dec 22, 2014 in Tigard, Oregon
I found a note on my car with this number, saying that he had damaged it. I called the number, and when he called back, he said that he threw a go cup out the window, and it hit my car. Apparently he was mad, because he said he got dog poop in his hair when he was lying on his neighbour's lawn looking at the stars. I'm not sure if there is any damage on my car, except for the the time I scraped into the stupid barricade at the College Avenue crosswalk.
