This is one of Microsoft's contractors that calls to set up usability tests. They don't sell anything. I can't remember if this is Kelly Services or someone else.
I keep getting calls from this number. No message is left and when I call back it just rings and there is no voicemail so I cannot figure out who it is.
I get regular calls from this number and from 425-282-0465, which I believe is associated with this number. As others say, no message left. From other information I've found, it appears to be associated with a marketing firm.
