I guess this scam with this # just started as I got a call from this # on 5/21/10.  SImilar to other scam numbers I've gotten with similar exchange:
425-291-8420
425-291-8422
They must change #'s to avoid recognition?

my caller id showed Verizon Fios I thought it safe to answer     "hello......Hello!.....HELLO!!!...."   click... they hung up.

I started getting these calls 8/10/10, they listened to my whole message then hung up, we'll see if they continue.  All it said on caller ID was the number and Washington

received call from this number on 08/25/2010.
