A recording selling Phone time.  It is an excessive number of calls. any time during the day or night.  Maybe 20 per day.  Tonight I could hear some peoples voices in the backgroud, swearing.  It has been going on for a week or so. I called the number, and it is the New American Roaming dot com company.  They have been excessive and if anyone knows anything about this I would be thankful for some information.
