Called this morn. 4/17/12, my Voicemail picked up, Blank msg till 1/2 way through, Then I hear a female talking to someone a few min' (sounds of Spanish origin). ??????
Called back, Message says NRS Associates, prob. a Collection Co.
Just checked, DEFINITELY. And Discovered this on RipoffReport.Com.....
--You could receive a voice mail saying you must contact them IMMEDIATELY, before noon that same day to resolve a case. When you call them back, they will have some personal information on you and will claim that a company is filing a nonpayment claim against you.
They will feed you some info about yourself to seem legit, but then when you ask for any official document or proof they will say that they are not at liberty to provide that. One of my biggest tip offs was how belligerent the individual on the phone became when I asked for some sort of proof or documentation.-- IF THEY ARE LEGIT, STUDY & UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS !!!!!!!!!
