It continued: if we were in need of a "tax professional help" we were to press 2. Or, we could call 888-814-4411 and speak with a representative.
Otherwise, we could press 9 and be "placed on the do not call LIT" (not list but lit)
I did none of these things and just put the call to mute and speaker. It disconnected after 5 seconds of delivering its message.
