If you call this number back, it gives you an option to press 1 if you want your number added and then just cuts out. I tried pushing 0 and it miraculously asked if I wanted my number removed. I entered my number and the calls stopped! Just a tip for everyone else getting harassed.
These robocalls seem to target people over 65. The call starts by saying that a robbery has occurred in your neighborhood. They want to sell security devices. They do not identify themselves. They call repeatedly, and bypass your Call Block by changing the last 4 digits of the number. For example, we have received two calls in the last six hours, one from 425-320-5038 and the next from 425-320-5282.

I just did what Matt suggested. Now, what about what Kapoho is saying? Like, they will keep calling from a different number. I guess you need to go through the procedure as Matt suggested for every number.
