These butt-wipes called our company today. As I did not recognize the number and was leery of the caller ID saying "Incoming Call," I simply picked up the phone without saying anything. It disconnected after a few seconds. I've done this before with spam calls. I'm assuming the robo-message system waits to hear something before activating and, if nothing is heard, disconnects the call.
