the last two called all i hear is clicking

Two calls in past few days, no message. annoying.On "do not call" list.

it was a lower your electric bill auto dialer.

Female caller, breathing heavily.  Used filthy language with strong sexual suggestions.
Gives explicit descriptions of her body parts.  Wants to get together.  Keeps calling.  
Wife is going crazy wanting to know who it is!

It's a telemarketer. Long pause and then an automated message, something about "lower your energy bill".
