We have just changed our phone number of 20+ years within the last month and have yet to give out the new number thus minimal people are aware of it as it is supposedly privately listed. Have been receiving harassing phone calls from this number BEFORE AND AFTER THE NUMBER CHANGE. Latest was on 10/6/14 at 11:57am. Please BEWARE of calls from this number as it seems to be some type of stalker, scammer, or solicitation obtained through fraudulent means.
There was a recorded call from "Sabrina at 1st US". The recording said we were "preapproved for additional financing." First of all, we don't have a relationship that allows for "additional" financing, because we never financed with 1st US in the first place. Second, our financial institution will not call us with preapproval offers. They have other ways of notifying us of any decisions affecting our finances. This is a scam.
Should've known! From now on whenever i get these unwanted scam calls from these annoying telemarketers who own these nonworking numbers in their 425-320 listings, I'll be more than happy to do this. Just maybe these annoying scam calls from these rude telemarketers will be stopped whenever I can be able to speak with someone with such as call back number 1-866-363-6766 and I'd suggest everyone to call back that number as well if they're really getting so annoyed by these unwanted calls which get to either their private cell phones as well as their landline phones!
2014 was two years ago, Rick Barbera is probably too busy wrapped up in producing cartoons for Hanna-Barbera to reply to your post. What would you tell them, and if you actually got hold of someone, you're sadly mistaken if you think they're going to listen? You call these unknown numbers back, you're inviting more to pelt you with worthless calls since you confirm your number is asking to be called. Don't expect the number to even be in use and if it is, you risk getting a high charge, or getting someone who isn't involved. You're best off completely ignoring unknown callers and letting your phone ring.
