This is completely scam. Do not believe any words from Kevin Parker. I feel like why the hell did I come this apartments.
They try to charge with whatever it comes up in their mind.

Kevin Parker now works with greystar [email protected]. I have been disputing charges with company for three months because they are bogus. I sent  over twenty pictures we took of apartment when we moved out and he said they do not look at pictures. I emailed him and his response was that he will not do emails. He obviously doesn't want a paper trail of what he says. He will not answer questions and greystar's response when you dispute charges is they will take you to court for three times what you owe them. Big business that is taking advantage of people by threating your credit and money you have earned. Renting in Denver is almost at 100% capacity and this big business is taking advantage of people. Even though I could make this go away by giving into their lies I feel it's time to fight and regulate this big company from taking advantage of it's tenants. If you look at the better business bureau rating on greystar they are an F. Not a big surprise.

What did you do to resolve your issue with him. He is currently trying to get me to pay fees that were not clearly given to me for an apartment that I never completed an application or lease for. He also insulted me by saying I couldn't really have the job I do because if I couldn't understand an application,  I didn't have enough intelligence to do a job like mine. He gave the same info about his manager but she didn't answer, and so far she has not called me back.

So rude that I doubt he uses his real name. He had all his facts wrong and insisted I was being dishonest. I have emailed him several times and included but receipts of final rent and photos of the apartment the way I left it. He will not respond to emails. I have received NOTHING from the apartment complex. I left in great standing.  Mr. Parker your number has been blocked and I have forwarded all emails and phone log to the BBB, the apartment complex and the credit bureau as directed from our company's attorney. And you sir, have been reported to the FTC! Have a great day!
