Who called from 4253368167

They called at 3pm- same thing- I said hello & no one said anything. Maybe they want you to call them back , since they're not hiding their number (?)

Called today at 3 pm.  I answered and just heard papers shuffling in the background.  They have called before and do the same thing.  I cannot for the life of me understand why they would call people and not even say anything.  How does that make them any money?  I am on the Do not call list, but the govt apparently no longer regulates this.  It's a joke.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

This number keeps calling over & over but they NEVER say one word, they just hold the line....after about 45 seconds they hang up & it's almost 8:30 at night!  IDIOTS!!
