Left a message on my cell phone. Recorded voice saying it is the IRS and it is my last chance or they will file charges against me. For what? The IRS does NOT call people with a recording regarding anything! Their normal route is to send you a letter through the USPS and ask YOU to call them. This is a scam. The area code is for Kentucky.
