Caller hung up as I answered. Caller ID said ATS NW INC
The state has them registered as a Commercial Fundraiser.

SCAM calls from1-(425)361-4219 when you answer this call it hangs up on you when you call it back it rings several times and than just hangs up or is silent due to it being an automated dialer. This is the company who uses that number ATS North West in Lynnwood Washington there corporate number is 1-(425)778-0166. I called them and asked to be taken off there call list and that i was on the National do not call list. I checked with the attorney generals office and the fcc if you are on the do not call list it includes telemarketers, survey's, and charity/fundraisers unless specifically OK with you. They told me they are employed by Washington secretary of state Sam Reed and that they are a company that does political and corporate fundraising. And that they can do as they "f ing" please because they are backed by Sam Reed. I contacted Sam Reeds office in Olympia at 1-(360)902-4151. I was told they in no way shape or form are they connected with any charity company or fundraising company. That all they do is if a company calls in and says we are a fundraising or charity company based in Washington state they can register them as a non profit or for profit company. Claiming to do what they say they do in Washington state. and is in no way shape or form connected to any of the registered companies. I was given a few phone numbers if you are getting hang up calls from this number or any number with area code {425} you need to file complaints at the attorney generals office1-800-551-4636/ (360) 753-6200 ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. Also at the Washington secretary of state main office1-(360) 902-4151. And the better business Bureau 1(509) 455 4200. This company is also under fire as to be a scam company be very careful while dealing with them.
