Has been calling my cell 4-5 times daily. When I finally answered, they said they needed to speak to my Mother. I explained I had her POA and they still would not tell me what it was about. I told them to not call again unless they were willing to talk to me. I am still getting calls and they still will not discuss with me. I don't even know who they are as they will not identify themselves.
Answered the call and no one said anything, like a robocall. Called the number back got an automated system. Sounded like it said they were called RTM. Don't know what they wanted because no one ever answered and I can't find any info about them or Google, but it's showing all the signs of Spam so I blocked the number until I find out otherwise.
This is RPM, a collector for AT&T over a bill I paid in 2015. I am gathering my proof of payment and will tell both companies to eat one. They call several times a day.
Would you go to all that trouble when the law says that they have to prove to you that you owe the money and that they have the legal right to collect it?
Answered. First voice from person of foreign origin tells me the call is recorded and she will need to transfer me. I tell her I don't authorize her to record my voice and ask who is calling me. Big sigh. Pause. Tells me to wait on line for another person and another person will tell me. On hold music. Next person of foreign origin ask my name and I ask them who is calling. She tells me they are recording the call and again I tell them I do not authorize them to do so. She said thank you and hung up.
