This company is not licenced as a debt collector nor does it have a debt collection license. They claim to be a First party debt collector when in fact they are debt buyers. The are NOT the original creditors.

If you Google Randall Goins you will see he has dozens of court cases against him. The State of washington will be  shutting him down soon. Meanwhile let them talk to a machine.

Every few months Randall Goins changes his companies name. You can go to KIRO' tv's  site and see the news stories. Please dont fall for their hollow threats and threats of Lawsuits. The have no merit and you are not being sued.  They are using threats and intimidation to try and get money from people that do not even owe it.
